RETURNS & REFUNDS

These are subject to the Terms and Conditions and Return Policy. For products that are eligible, please refer to the below on instructions to initiate a return.


1. Can I cancel my order?


Yes, as long as your order has not been sent out. In the case where it has been sent out, you can request for return and refund.


2. Can I return the item if I change my mind?


Yes, you may request to return any items you have purchased within 7 business days of receiving the items at your delivery address for any of the following reasons:
 the item delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description on
 (a) the website on the date of purchase; or
 (b) the item delivered is expired or damaged.
 
 

The returned item must meet the following requirements: 
 (a) unconsumed, unused, unworn, undamaged and unwashed;
 (b) in its original packaging (e.g. manuals, accessories, etc.);
 (c) unopened and unmarked; and
 (d) returned as a whole and not broken into parts.
 For health & hygiene reasons, some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Kindly contact us at contactus@asean365.com to check if a specific item can be returned.


If you return any products which do not meet all the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund.


3. How long is the return evaluation process?


The return evaluation process may take 1 to 4 business days once we have received the item.

The refund process will only begin after we have verified that the returned item meets the conditions prescribed in our Return Policy.


4. How long will the refund take?


We will submit the refund request to the payment processor which in turn will submit the refund to your bank immediately. However, it may take anywhere up to 14 business days for your bank to process the refund and for the funds to be returned to the account.

The return cost and/or indemnity may be charged to you after you return the item.


5. How do I initiate a cancellation and/or refund?


Contact us at contactus@asean365.com and our eCommerce personnel will review your case and guide you along. Please indicate your order number in your request.


6. How do I know if my request is approved?


You will receive an email from us within 1 to 2 working days. Take note that you have to bear any delivery and handling charges which you may incur in the return or exchange of the product.
